Refund policy
You are given the opportunity to request a refund for one or more products within a 30-day period from the day you receive your order.
In order to ensure that your return is eligible for approval, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it
- The product should be in its original packaging
- For custom-made or personalized products we reserve the right to refuse your return. In case of accepting the return, 50% will be refunded
At Kuori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 30-day return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us at hola@kuori.es and we will be happy to assist you.
Note for personalized products: Prints on personalized products may wear off over time, especially if they come into contact with sharp objects such as keys or coins. This is normal wear and tear and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, please write us at hola@kuori.es and we will be glad to assist you.
Refunds for promotional or sale orders
If you request a refund, please be aware that we will refund the amount you paid for the item. If you received a promotional discount, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price. In cases where you made a purchase during a campaign or promotion, we reserve the right to revoke the offer or discount if your order no longer meets the conditions for the offer or discount after the return is processed.For example, if you used a discount code that required a minimum order amount, we reserve the right to invalidate the discount code if the total amount after returning items falls below the required minimum.
In sales periods, we reserve the right to apply costs derived from the return, such as shipping and customs fees or other procedures.
