Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 hours. For Spain, shipping usually takes between 24 and 48 hours. For the rest of Europe, the delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. We also ship to the United States and Canada, with delivery times varying depending on location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
We offer free shipping on orders over €45 in most countries. Shipping costs for smaller orders or shipments to other destinations are automatically calculated at checkout.
During sales or special promotion periods, high demand may cause order fulfillment to take a little longer. While we strive to maintain the 24 hour fulfillment time, in these exceptional instances it may be slightly extended. We will inform you of any delays and provide you with updates on your order.
Returns and Exchanges
At Kuori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 30-day return period. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs on returns, unless the product is defective or damaged. To initiate a return, write to us at hola@kuori.es and we will be happy to assist you.
Note for personalized products: Prints on personalized products may wear off over time, especially if they are in contact with sharp objects such as keys or coins. This is natural wear and tear and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will help you return the product free of charge and send you a new one or process a refund.
Exchanges are free within 30 days of receiving the order. If you want to exchange your product for another, we will take care of the shipping costs of the new product. To request an exchange, send us an email to hola@kuori.es and we will guide you through the process.
Custom cases are not eligible for returns, but if you are not satisfied with the result, we offer a replacement with shipping costs covered by you.

Yes, all our products come with a warranty. If you experience any issues with your purchase, our customer service team will be available to help you.
Personalization
You can customize your case directly from the product page, by selecting the design options and adding a text or image. The preparation time for personalized products may take a little longer, but we make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Care and Maintenance
To keep your Kuori products in the best condition, follow these recommendations:
- Cases Tough: Designed for maximum protection. Clean them regularly with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures.
- Cases Transparent: These cases can yellow over time due to UV light exposure. Clean them regularly with a damp cloth and avoid leaving them in the sun for extended periods.
- Cases Personalized: Prints on personalized products can wear out over time, especially if in contact with sharp or abrasive objects. To prolong their durability, we recommend avoiding your case rubbing against hard surfaces or pointed items in bags or pockets.
- Straps: The rings of the straps can rust if frequently exposed to moisture. To prevent this, keep the straps dry and clean them after use in wet conditions. If rust appears, use a metal cleaner.
Remember that natural wear is part of frequent use, but with proper care, your Kuori products will stay in good condition longer.
Compatibility and Functionality
Yes, all of our cases are compatible with wireless charging. Additionally, our Tough cases include the MagSafe option, allowing for a seamless connection with magnetic accessories.
We offer cases for a wide range of models, including iPhone, Samsung and Xiaomi. Please make sure to select the correct model on the product page.
Our straps come with an adapter that makes them compatible with all of our cases, except those with a rope.
