We want you to enjoy your Kuori products with total confidence. That’s why each of our accessories comes with a specific warranty period.

Warranty period by product

• Tough Phone Cases: 1 year
• Silicone Phone Cases: 3 months
• Leather Phone Cases: 6 months
• AirPods Cases: 1 year
• Screen Protectors: 30-day return policy
• Chargers: 1 year
• Accessories: 30-day return policy

Warranty Conditions

• The warranty applies only to the original purchased product.
• Products sent as replacements under warranty are not subject to a new warranty.
• It is important to check the quality of your product upon receipt. If you have any doubts, contact us.
• To process a warranty claim, we require a high-quality photo or video clearly showing the defect.
• If the claim is valid, we will replace the product with the same model and design. If an exact replacement is not available, Kuori will offer an alternative as deemed appropriate.
• If the product was a gift, we will verify the original order in our system using the order number or buyer details.
• Promotional items and gift products sent by our team are not covered under warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Issues resulting from incorrect installation.
• Drops, impacts, or improper use.
• Intentional modifications or third-party repairs.
• Products not purchased directly from Kuori or authorized sellers.
• External factors such as fire, water, extreme heat, or contact with liquids.
• Damage caused by improper storage, animals, or environmental conditions.
• Natural wear and tear, scratches, or color changes due to everyday use.

Care & Maintenance

Phone Cases & Accessories

• Tough Cases: Designed for maximum durability. Clean with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures.
• Leather Cases: Leather evolves over time. Clean gently with a dry cloth and avoid contact with liquids.
• Silicone Cases: Wash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive or harsh chemical products.
• Transparent Cases: These may yellow over time due to UV exposure. Clean regularly with a damp cloth and avoid extended sun exposure.
• Customized Cases: Printed designs may wear over time, especially with friction. Avoid contact with sharp objects or rough surfaces.
• Straps: Metal rings may oxidize with humidity. Keep them dry and, if oxidation appears, use a metal cleaner.

Cords & Straps

• Avoid contact with water, grease, or hand cream.
• Clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry.
• Ensure your hands are completely dry before handling the product if using hand sanitizer.
• Prevent scratches by keeping them away from sharp objects.
