Our orders are prepared within 24 hours and shipped from our warehouses in Europe. For Spain, shipping takes between 24 and 48 hours, and for the rest of the countries, shipping times are 5 to 7 days. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is on its way.

At Kuori we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a period of 30 days to request an exchange or return.

• Returns: You can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, unless the product is defective or damaged.
• Changes: Changes are free within 30 days. If you wish to exchange the product for another, we cover the shipping costs of the new product.
• Custom Products: Customized covers are not eligible for returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your personalized case, we offer the option of sending you a replacement, covering only the shipping costs.

To keep your Kuori products in the best condition, follow these recommendations:

• Tough Cases: Designed for maximum protection. Clean them regularly with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures.
• Leather Cases: Leather is a natural material that ages over time, acquiring a unique appearance. Wipe gently with a dry cloth and avoid contact with liquids or direct sun exposure.
• Silicone Cases: Wash the case with warm water and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive products or aggressive chemicals that could damage the material.
• Transparent Cases: These cases may yellow over time due to exposure to UV light. Clean them regularly with a damp cloth and avoid leaving them in the sun for long periods.
• Custom Cases: Prints on custom products can wear off over time, especially if they come into contact with sharp or abrasive objects. To prolong its durability, we recommend that you prevent your case from rubbing against hard surfaces or sharp items in bags or pockets.
• Phone Straps: The rings of the straps can rust if they are in frequent contact with moisture. To avoid this, keep the straps dry and clean them after using them in wet conditions. If rust appears, use a metal cleaner.

Remember that natural wear and tear is part of frequent use, but with proper care, your Kuori products will stay in good condition for longer.

1. Are the cases compatible with my mobile model?
   Yes, we offer cases for a variety of models, including iPhone, Samsung, and Xiaomi. Please make sure you select the correct model on the product page.
2. Are they compatible with wireless charging?
   All our cases are compatible with wireless charging. Additionally, our Tough cases include the MagSafe option, allowing use with compatible accessories.
3. Can I customize my case?
   Yes, we offer customization options on some of our cases. You can customize it directly on the product page by selecting the design or text you prefer.
4. How do straps work?
   Our straps come with an adapter that makes them compatible with all of our cases, except the rope cases.
5. How can I return a product?
   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
6. What happens if my case is not available in stock?
   If the product you want is not available, you can subscribe to notifications and we will notify you as soon as it is back in stock.
