Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow it at any time.
Changes and Returns
At Kuori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 30-day period to request an exchange or return.
- Returns: You can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are free within 30 days. If you wish to exchange the product for another, we cover the shipping costs of the new product.
- Customized Products: Customized cases are not eligible for returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your customized case, we offer you the option to send you a replacement, with you only covering the shipping costs.
