Our orders are prepared within 24 hours and shipped from our warehouses in Europe. For Spain, shipping takes between 24 and 48 hours, and for the rest of the countries, the timeframes are 5 to 7 days. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is on its way.

At Kuori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 30-day period to request an exchange or return.

• Returns: You can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, unless the product is defective or damaged.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are free within 30 days. If you wish to exchange the product for another, we cover the shipping costs of the new product.
• Customized Products: Customized cases are not eligible for returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your customized case, we offer you the option to send you a replacement, with you only covering the shipping costs.

To keep your Kuori products in the best condition, follow these recommendations:

• Cases Cases: Designed for maximum protection. Clean them regularly with a damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures.
• Cases Cases: Leather is a natural material that ages over time, acquiring a unique appearance. Clean gently with a dry cloth and avoid contact with liquids or direct exposure to sunlight.
• Cases Cases: Wash the case with warm water and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive products or harsh chemicals that may damage the material.
• Cases: These cases can yellow over time due to exposure to UV light. Clean them regularly with a damp cloth and avoid leaving them in the sun for prolonged periods.
• Cases Cases: The prints on customized products can wear out over time, especially if they come into contact with sharp or abrasive objects. To prolong their durability, we recommend avoiding contact between your case and hard surfaces or sharp items in bags or pockets.
• Phone Straps: The rings of the straps can rust if they are frequently in contact with moisture. To avoid this, keep the straps dry and clean them after using them in humid conditions. If rust appears, use a metal cleaner.

Remember that natural wear is part of frequent use, but with proper care, your Kuori products will stay in good condition for longer.

1. Are the cases compatible with my phone model?
   Yes, we offer cases for a variety of models, including iPhone, Samsung, and Xiaomi. Make sure to select the correct model on the product page.
2. Are they compatible with wireless charging?
   All our cases are compatible with wireless charging. Additionally, our Tough cases include the MagSafe option, allowing their use with compatible accessories.
3. Can I customize my case?
   Yes, we offer customization options on some of our cases. You can customize it directly on the product page by selecting the design or text you prefer.
4. How do the straps work?
   Our straps come with an adapter that makes them compatible with all our cases, except for the cases with a cord.
5. How can I return a product?
   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
6. What happens if my case is out of stock?
   If the product you want is not available, you can subscribe to notifications and we will let you know as soon as it is back in stock.
